Abstract

|
The frog´s bladder membrane could be placed on a sodium electrode and integrated within a flow cell for detection of tetrodotoxin (TTX). The toxicity levels determined by the tissue biosensor showed a good correlation when compared with toxicity levels determined by the traditional mouse bio-assay.
